RICKY DAVIS
CHEF AND FouNDER
Chef Ricky is an Institute of Culinary Education trained chef. Ricky grew up in North Carolina and moved to Philadelphia to attend Temple University. As a cash-strapped student, food trucks were part of his daily nourishment.
The Audacity Food Truck allows the Chef to share the foods that he loves; sandwiches, rice bowls, and Asian inspired dishes are some of his favorites.
